Dark Origin Huetar Bar

Made with single-origin beans from Finca La Dorada in the San Carlos region of Huetar Norte. The Mejia family has been producing award-winning beans since 2013 on its 90-acre property. Their agroforestry project includes cacao developed by Costa Rica’s Center for Tropical Agriculture (CATIE), which produces chocolate with a strong cocoa base with nutty flavor notes.
